Well more accurately if can be defined as a medical intercession procedure which is performed on a person to bring in some kind of changes to his body these changes may include altering of his size, shape of changing his appearance. Plastic surgeries are performed due to various reasons like psychological reasons to help people regain their self confidence. Then plastic surgeries are also performed to overcome the defects and deformities which occur due to accidents. As during accidents at times people get disfigured or faced deformities like losing an ear, damaging of nose, lips, skin (due to burn injuries) or any other body part. Lastly plastic surgeries are also done to cover up Congenital deformities i.e. sometimes during baby births babies are born with some kind of impairment in their body like may be a cleft lip or a misplaced nose or even fingers of hands and legs joined together which is brought to a normal by doing a plastic surgery thereby the deformity gets overcome.
